How you pay

Every supplier in your cart is paid through one checkout. Your money goes to our Airwallex or WorldFirst accounts, and we pay suppliers as your order moves forward.

You pay us, not the factory

Your payment sits with Find Products To Sell, not with a supplier you've never met. The final payment is only released to the supplier when your goods pass inspection at our Shenzhen hub.

If goods fail inspection

The supplier isn't paid the balance. We work with them to put it right before anything leaves the hub: rework, a replacement or a refund.

How your order ships

Every order passes through our Shenzhen hub. Goods from different suppliers are combined into one shipment, so even small orders can ship at a sensible cost.

    Through forwarders with China Customs AEO status. Track it in your dashboard.

Storage at the hub

Goods are stored free at our Shenzhen hub for 14 days, giving time for other suppliers' goods to arrive. Longer storage is available if you need it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are charged by your country and aren't included in freight quotes. In markets where our partners offer it, you can choose duties paid delivery for one price to your door.

Smoother export clearance

We ship through freight forwarders with China Customs AEO status, which means fewer export checks and fewer delays leaving China.

Payment and shipping questions

Why can't I pay the supplier directly?

Paying through us means the supplier only gets the balance once your goods pass inspection. If something goes wrong, your money is still with us while we sort it out.

Can I order from several suppliers at once?

Yes. One checkout covers every supplier in your cart, and their goods are combined into one shipment at the hub.

Why isn't shipping charged at checkout?

Freight is priced on the real weight and size of your cartons, which we measure when they reach the hub. You get exact quotes then, instead of a padded estimate now.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen. Available methods for your address are shown with your quotes.

Can you ship straight to an Amazon warehouse?

Yes. Add FBA prep at checkout and we label, bag and check cartons before they leave the hub.

How do I track my order?

Production, inspection, shipping and customs updates all appear in your account as they happen.
